The Leadership at Rose of Sharon Assisted Living Homes is experienced and professional. We focus on the individual needs of each resident and work as a team to provide a safe, caring, joyful life for all of our residents. We empower our staff to be successful at the care they provide while keeping them happy.
Linna Tanny, owner of Rose of Sharon Assisted Living Homes has been named BEST ASIAN-AMERICAN BUSINESS OWNER 2013, by Asian Venue Magazine. She and her husband Hanny, established Rose of Sharon Assisted Living Homes in 2003. Linna ended her corporate career at American Express and FDC and decided to contribute to the care of others by opening residential facilities for Senior’s. “I want to make the last chapter of their lives comfortable while giving a sense of relief for the family, knowing their loved ones are taken care of”, Linna states.
Michelle Clopton, Administrator for Rose of Sharon Assisted Living, joined the leadership team for the second time in November 2015. She brings a clinical background with 32 years experience in Healthcare, community organizations support, ancillary services management, resident relations, healthcare marketing, and business development. She believes that “The Platinum Rule is the motto we all should live by when caring for others”. Michelle rounds and communicates with the clinicians who direct care for the residents. She assists in staff training and staff development. Some of her time involves marketing and new resident assessments.
Julia Gutierrez, Manager of Operations and Resident Services, has been assisting with the operations of Rose of Sharon for over 5 years. She develops special bonds with families and residents to maintain special accommodations and requests. She is available for transports to medical appointments. The day-to-day operations and functions of each facility are maintained by Julia.
